Dear Debbie Thank you so much for my beautiful wedding dress being returned to me in pristine condition! I am so impressed with your customer service. I completed the online booking form and within an hour we had spoken and arranged next day collection of my dress. I really appreciated the call to say that you had safely received my dress and veil, I didn't realise how much I cared about them until they were out of my sight. The return delivery of my dress was arranged around my NHS shift patterns (!), it was so easy.
