My dress label suggests a Baptiste process - Can you clean it?

Yes.

Many dresses have extra labels with confusing and biased advice.
Be wary of labels claiming a dress can only be cleaned by XXX cleaners or by XXX process. Such labelling is misleading at best.

We have our own processes which enable us to safely clean all dresses regardless of the care label recommendation. We do not specifically use the Baptiste Process ® as this is a the name which one dry cleaner uses to describe his particular preferred method.

Yes, we can usually choose a process suitable for any dress.

We have a range of special processes. Unlike nearly all other dry cleaners we also have a choice of several cleaning machines and three different solvents.

My dress is torn - can you repair it ?

Usually yes. We have very skilled tailoring staff who can have a look at the dress. As soon as we receive your dress we will let you know what the best repair solutions are and we will give you a quote for the repair.
